Sometimes when I change a hole on a part the design tree name does not reflect the change. However the hole is changed and even the hole call out on a drawing updates. I can close SW, restart my computer etc. and it will not update. I have to delete the holes and redo them in order for the design tree to read accurately. Any Ideas?

I am on 2021 SP1. I have attached a part with this problem. The holes are m10 but the tree still reads 3/8.
