Design Tables used to be part of the configuration lesson in Essentials a while back. Now, as of 2014, it is only mentioned briefly on one page.

I believe it should still be covered as a lesson item, but it should not be in Essentials.

I would put it both Advanced Part Modeling and Assembly Modeling, with each having it's respective items.
