I am unable to get the design table icon to appear in the configurations tab. Every time I create a design table in any part it looks like this:

I've gone through the Feature Manager in System Options to make sure everything is shown:

What I'm looking for is this:

Without that icon I am unable to delete a design table that I've created. I'm working in SW 2017 SP5.0.
