Hi All-

First let me say i have Solidworks 2012, which I am sure the information everyone will have available to them to help me with this issue will be very limited, but I'll give this a shot.

As you can see by the attached picture, I'm trying to create a part that when dropped into an assembly, it will prompt me on the Diameter, length of the platform, overall length and diameter at the bottom. ( Similar to when dropping bolts into an assembly it prompts you to the length you would like.) What will i need to achieve this and/or is solidworks capable of letting me achieve this...I'm guessing you can since it can be done with bolt length in the toolbox feature but I am unsure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
