I'm afraid the answer is "NO"
I/We have created a folder on the network referenced in the Design Library for parts we use everyday. These are things like hinges, base plates, handles, etc. Some are parts, some are assemblies of parts. The parts of assembles are in a nested folder called "Reference" to keep things as uncluttered as possible. Typically we do not use the "Reference" parts as they are only there for the assemblies in the Design Library.
The question: It seems that by default SW lists the parts in the Design Library alphabetically, followed by all the assemblies alphabetically. Our library has reached the point that due to the number of components, this organization is very annoying.
Do you know of a way to list alphabetically ONLY?? Parts or assemblies, I don't care, just A-B-C-D......Z. Heck Windows Explorer does it, but I can't seem to find a way to set SW up this way. Options, preferences, right click in the design library, the icons at the top..... I don't know where else to look.
Y'all have always been a big help. Thank you,
