I want to set up my design library location.    Solidworks help says that the folder should be located here:  

install_directory\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\SolidWorks\\SolidWorks_version\\design library

I am having trouble finding that location. Can someone please tell me where it is?
