I have two computers. One is a Xi desktop, with win7, 64 bit, intel E8500, 3.16 ghz, 4 gb ram, quadro fx1700 (Windows experience index 4.8). The other is a laptop, Dell M4400, 4 gb ram, intel x9100, 3.06 ghz, low end quadro laptop video (Windows experience index 5.6). Both are running SW 2011 sp2.

The Xi computer opens the Add to Library propertymanager in about 2 minutes. The Dell laptop takes about 5 seconds. The problem with the Xi could likely be some conflict, since the installation has been handled roughly (lots of crap installed and uninstalled).

Has anyone else seen this? Do you have a fix for it? I don't use this function often, but some other things might also be affected.
