Hi all,

I'm curious about the process of pulp thermoforming and the design considerations around this manufacturing method.

Most importantly, the process, materials used (other than pulp), mold considerations and materials and lastly comparative cost to eps.  It looks like a great alternative to the most common forms of packaging.
