Our custom properties had field called "description" and it randomly just clears itself. There are about eight other fields in custom properties and this is the only one that is being cleared. Our VAR claims we are the only ones that they know of that are having this issue. We are using 2013 EPDM and have talked to Solidworks and the say there is no way that the EPDM can be clearing this field. I am having no luck re-producing it. I don't remember having this issue prior to installing 2013 Solidworks. Anyone else having this issue or something similar?
