Can anybody help?

Is it possible to use a derived sketch over several different parts, but, if the first (original) sketch is changed all the sketches in all the other parts automatically updates?

For example

Say I have created a part using a sketch. Now say I create another 10 separate parts that use the same sketch.

If the first sketch changes (say a hole position), will all the other parts update automatically?
