Hi everyone.

Here's a list of the criticals first:

- Brand new Dell M6800

- Nvidia K3100M graphics card using the one and only available SW approved driver.

- SW2014 SP2.0

- Windoze 7 64bit SP1

- IE 10

Problem:  If I have an assembly, part, drawing, anything open and click File/Find References, the SW window goes about 1/2 transparent showing everything behind it.  Sometimes it also happens when I open a new sketch but not every time.  The File/Find References will do it every time.  The only resolution is to restart SW.

There is a more current version of the video card driver available from Nvidia.  I tried that but it didn't make any difference.

I've tried different desktop "themes", aero, standard, transparency enabled, transparency disabled.  No difference.
