Hello,

I am trying to create deformed "lamellas" in a (sheet metal) plate.

They are basically laser cut all around except from a very small part at the top of both

sides of every lamella. After this they are bended. Because there is only a very small

piece of metal left the complete lamella bends 90°.  I can't figure out how to create

this in Solidworks. So far I have found it is not possible to use a normal flange or tab because

there is no material left to use this.

Please see the attached picture for further clarification.

We are using Solidworks 2014.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out?
