I am offsetting a bunch of lines in SW 09...All of these lines are to be construction lines, and everytime I offset a construction line, the new line is NOT a construction line.  Is there a way to change that?

Also, offsetting lines automatically puts in dimensions.  How about stopping that as well?  Thanks in advance!
