When performing a state change in SW PDM Enterprise on an assy file or drawing, all CAD documents in the same state as that selected for state change get selected by default. Is it possible to force users to manually select files for state change?

Example: Requesting an ECO on an "Approved" part will by default seelct all approved parts for change.  If this ECO request is accepted in error, many files must be manually returned to their previous state.
