Have you ever encountered adding a DLL within the Admin tool, using the “Debug Addin” option and after hitting “OK”, then checking to see if the DLL is still there, and it isn’t?

This is a screen shot before I hit the "OK" button. 

After I hit the "OK" button, I then Right Click back on Addins and select Debug-Addin, and here is what I see.

I have tried moving the whole folder to another location, that did not help.

Any ideas would be apperciated!
