I'm not sure what's going on here, but ever since putting 2017 on my new laptop, it asks me to do this Data update EVERY time I start SWE.

I've gone through it a bunch of times, updated everything, updated nothing, canceled it, and everything else I can think of.  But sure enough, next time I start it, the first thing it does it ask me again.  Anyone know how to get it to stop this?
