Good day

Just need some clarity on this matter.

When working with a cylinder in a assembly, I need to analyze the frame under the forces of the cylinder.

Link below is the assembly, I already did an FEA on it, just need some confirmation if the way I am applying the forces are correct.

Let say I have calculated that the force of the cylinder is around 20 000 N.

I know in a motion analysis you have the option of action/Reaction forces which can be used to represent a cylinder.

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.
