I have created a sheet metal part with a conic shape as in the picture below. 

Now I am trying to narrow the front of the conic shape without altering the radi as below.

In the 3D model everything seems fine but when i try to flatten it the right side is created fine but the left side transforms into a weird chamfer on my plate as below.

How can I fix this?
