As the title says, I'm trying to cut a flange out of the middle of a piece of sheet metal and then bend it so that I can put a clearance hole on it and use a screw to hold another component in place.

As easy as that is to picture, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to tell Solidworks to do that.

Can anyone walk me through it?
