I'm still new to Solidworks, so forgive me if this is really simple. I'm trying to make the following cutout found on the attached data sheet. For some reason I can't get the dimensions to match up when I draw the shape. For example, If I make the radius 1.4mm, the distance from the center of the circle isn't 5.1mm.

I'm more than likely approaching this the wrong way...
