I have a question. I`m trying to make a propeller in solidworks, where the blades are made from a sheet steel plate with 2 bends on it, you can see it on the pictures. But I`m having problems to make a good fit between the blade and the round center part.

You can see on the picture under that there are some gaps between the blade and center, and I want to make a better fit. Because when I weld the parts together the gaps are to big. But how do I do it? I`ve spent hours in Solidworks trying to find a good way, but I`m stuck. Hope anyone can help me.
