hi all,

I am having issues with a model when I create a cut through it.  I have attached an image of the model before I create the cut, the wall thickness(shown in green) is 1mm.

I create just a rectangular section cut extrude on the plane of the green face.

once i create the cut, I get a strange edge which collapses the wall of my shell.  when i view the model in wireframe, the edge is there but isn't displayed properly?

I have turned on and off openGL to see if this is a graphics card issue with no luck?  has anybody got any idea whats going on here?
