I have an imported part that I have gone through import dignostics with and solved all issues. The part has passed check entity and has 4 solid bodies. When I put a cut into the part only two of the three bodies to be affected show the cut. Why won't my third body cut? Is this an import issue?

Edit: If i try to cut only the incooperative body i get an "Operation failed due to geometric condition" message.
