I need to create new table for my company which we will use in drawings. I'm not so experienced, so I am asking you for help. I need to link few informations so we don't need to type scale or drawn date every time. How should I do it?

I put a photo here so you can understand better. For example, I need to link Scale, Mass, or Name so I don't have to type it every time. I know there is solution with "Link to Property", but is it possible somehow to make it automatically, so when I open drawing of some part Scale or Mass or Name or Date is already there?

Should it be done by using Properties in 3D part?

Just say anything that you use, I will be grateful.
