As we're into a new version, could we please move the Customize button to top instead of keeping it on the bottom for the toolbar (i.e. when you right click on a tool bar to get the toolbar list and scroll down to the customize button)

I know I can click on the option button or assign a shortcut but I sometimes find it handy to use the right click to start the customizing window.
