Is there a way to change the format and the information that is displayed in the Simulation Report beyond the standard formats that is assign to a simulation type?  For example the "Model Information" includes Document Path/Date Modified.  In some reports I would like to omit this information to provide a cleaner report.  How can I exclude this from the report?

FYI: I am running  SolidWorks 2012 with Simulation 2012
