I have a series of three notes in my company's drawing template that I'd like to have the values alternate between 2 possibles.  Currently, I'm dabbling with the radio buttons and checklist options of the SW Property Tab Builder, but to no avail.    Any thoughts?  Input is greatly appreciated...thanks!

EDIT:  To clarify, I would like the toggling of one of my properties between two values to affect the values of the three text boxes.
