I am using SW2013 with SP3.
I have a weldment part containing subweldments (a gripe for another discussion). Exporting the subweldment to a new file and getting cutlist properties for the individual bodies to behave in a drawing was very troublesome. So as a work-around I exported all of the individual bodies. I then created a new part and imported all of the individual body part files to reconstitute the subweldment.
With this new reconstituted subweldment part file I have cut list properties that will not let me fill them in. I type and as soon as I exit the cell the text vanishes. I also have custom properties in this file - not config specific custom props - that keep being deleted. I am working on the drawing and occasionally I notice none of the title block is filled in. Sure enough, a look at the part file shows they are GONE. I have yet to determine what action in the drawing causes the part file to implode but VERY frustrating. All of the custom properties rows are removed - not just the values.
If anyone has suggestions I would appreciate.
