I'm trying to get my head around electrical routing and am yet again hoping someone can help

I'd like to create a custom connector table to use with a flattened route, I use multi-pin connectors and I'd like to create a table that has a block drawing of the connector with notations for the colours pointing to the relevant pin, I've seen something similar done on a solidproffessor vid on youtube but can't figure out how to do it,

I've asked our reseller who is looking into it but can't figure it out yet either.

Any ideas/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated
