Evening all,

I'm looking to speed up the way I create complex lofts, whilst trying to create bespoke handrails.

I currently create a spline (from the geometry of the staircase), then along this, create multiple planes parallel to the curve, then drag and drop bsketch blocks of the handrail section, then create axis between the top plane (effectively the floor plane) and the the plan which the aforementioned sketch is on. This stops any twist in the handrail.

Now I love the idea of a curve driven pattern but it only looks like you can pattern features or bodies?

I'd like to do it with sketches, even blocks, and have the options above (aligning them to the floor plane whilst being perpendicular to the curve)

Is this possible? Or am I dreaming?

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful. This would literally save me days in time.
