Curve driven pattern

Hi,

I dont use "curve driven pattern" frequently but I thought it might be a good fit for this application, however I'm having trouble getting it to position the duplicate features the way I want.  I am looking for advice from someone more familiar with this tool to help get the desired result.

In the image below, the hole I am trying to copy should be identical to the first, but with the hole axis mirrored about center of the part (this is my front plane).

For clarity in explaining what I need, I've sketched the hole axes on the image below.

The blue axis is the axis of the original hole.

The yellow axis is where "curve driven pattern" is trying to place the duplicate.

The red axis is where it needs to be.

My curve goes from center to center of each hole.

To establish my curve, I drew an intersect line with the top surfaces and the right plane (mid plane of the part) and I set the end points on my hole axes.

*Looking at the image below, you can see my curve as a dashed blue line.  The endpoints of the line intersect the blue axis and red axis.

Settings I'm using for curve driven pattern dialog are:

Direction: Picked my curve

Instances: 2

Equal spacing: ON (checked)
Curve method: Transform curve

Alignment method: Tangent to curve (this does seem to align the axis at the correct angle, just not in the correct position)

Thanks!
