I've noticed this issue for a long time, but lately it is getting worse.

When I select a note in a drawing, the cursor disappears for 2-3 seconds before reappearing. It only happens when selecting the first note of a series, holding CTRL and selecting more notes does not cause the problem to repeat. This makes selecting multiple notes really slow and irritating.

Anyone else notice this? More importantly, has anyone found a cause/cure?
