Looking into the CSWP, was originally thinking about the CSWA but then tried the CSWP sample which I found very easy.

However I think I may be missing something or maybe assuming it will be easier than it really is - I have been using SW for around 8 months and only a few days a week (at work).

I have read that people with 4-5 years experience are struggling and it is recommended that you have 40 hours of training??

From what I've seen (and the example) it looks very easy and I can oly assume that I am wrong about this?
