I'm Creating a sheet metal curved part with holes for our roller attachment.  Need to put this into a flat lay-out to have our shop to water-jet the holes (dxf format).

My shape is like the number 7 (8" tall with 1" return lip) radius is 216" (90). I've used the Curve Driven Pattern and Sheet Metal Flange: Swept Flange. and can't get it to show the hole location or flat lay-out in DWG.
