I am trying to create a parting line for a rather complex geometry. I want it to follow a plane down the center of my part. My goal is to great a sketch of the outline of the part, so I created a planar surface where I wanted the parting line and am trying to figure out how to make a sketch where the plane and the part intersect. If I can make this sketch I should be able to use it as my parting line, correct?
