Hi,

I am trying to create a part based on the inverse of a face(highlighted below). This will be used to create an EDM electrode. The part itself was created from scan data so I do not know the radius of it. I have tried using a combine feature subtracting the part from another block, but that leaves excess material and is difficult to remove because the blade is not straight.

Is there a better way to make this?

Using SW 2011 sp4, Win7 64 bit
