Below a complicated case regarding a fin-tube with ribs, where on 4 places the ribs are bended.

After spending some time struggling with sheet metal and the sweep feature, hereby the request for some support/ideas to create the 3D.

Goal: converting an old 2D drawing into a 3D model. Fin-tube with folded/overlapping fins on 4 sides, images of the 2D:

Tried sheet metal option but not possible due to the shape of the helix.
