I want to create a feeder in a mold which has an irregular parting line. The feeder will be a .125" wide channel cut with a ball end mill.  Is there a method less tedious than creating 3d guide curves to do this? I've tried projecting a curve on the parting line but it's failing to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
