Is there a way to create customised notes?

For example, I want to add the below notes:

1. Remove all sharp edges

2. All chamfers 5mm

3. All radius 3mm

Currently I have to key in the notes and save it as a block to reuse it.

But if I just want to add (1) only, I have to edit the block and delete (2) and (3).

Is there a way that I can select from a choice of text that I want to use? For example If I only want (1), I just select (1) and if I want (2) and (3), I will select (2) and (3) to get the below:

1. All chamfers 5mm

2. All radius 3mm

If I choose (1) and (3), I will get the below

1. Remove all sharp edges

2. All radius 3mm

Please note the numbering are in order.
