I'm trying to create a section view thru this part but I want to section thru the three holes shown. How can I get the cut to go thru the entire part (left & right) of the current cut. I started my line on the center of the hole and end at the other end of the hole to make sure I'm cutting thru exactly in the center of the holes but I'm getting a message that the cut is partial. Sorry if this is basic stuff but this is my first pass working in SW drawing detailing. Please take a look at the attachment.
