I was wondering if there was a way to make an assembly design table drive the modification of a part. I know I can create a design table at the part level to define the value I want then create a configuration in the assembly. However, I do not know how to derive that component from the assembly level design table. For example, I have an assembly model of a gauge that measures a 5mm minimum wall width. I want to use the assembly design table to create a multitude of configurations in the assembly and the part file so I can have one model that does any value I specify. So, if I wanted to have a 8mm min wall, I would edit the assembly design table, and the part file would then have the spacing change to 8mm min instead of 5mm in a new configuration. Is this possible?
