I have been working in a design office with Solidworks for 25 years. I discovered a very interesting tool "set to Tolerance", which is free part of SolidCAM Utilities. I need to prove to the customer the weight range of the manufactured part.

I add a manufacturing tolerance to each dimension and he redraws the model to the min., center or maximum value. Unfortunately, it is quite unstable and the SW often crashes during application. I cannot find the cause of the crash. I have ruled out discontinuity of the geometry. Thank you for your help. Alternatively, please provide a link where to send this question to the SW programmers so that they can include something similar in the next version.
