I am trying to create a mirror component of a solidworks part that I can then use to alter for a new application, Is this possible. Solidworks 2010 SP4

I have an existing structural member frame with lugs attached, the new frame that I require is opposite hand to the original but with different size structural members and dimensions to the original frame. Is it possible to create a mirror of the original component that still has the full feature tree and is not linked to the original part in any way?
