I am making a new drawing template, and need to dimension title blocks etc. so that they are the right size.

In the future I may want to change the size of the title block and other information boxes. When I hide the dimensions, the dimensions disappear, which is good, but I can no longer select them to change them, which is bad.

Is there a smart way of hiding the dimensions that are defining the size of the title block, so that they are not visible, but in the future I am able to select them and change them easily?
