In the title block of our drawing templates, I use \\\$PRP:"SW-Created Date(Created Date)" for our drawn date. It works just fine when creating new drawings from scratch, updating to the new date as expected. But when I do a "Save As" of an existing drawing, the created date doesn't update. And when I check in the summary info, it shows the old date still: 

Any ideas? Is this a bug? I have 2019 SP 5.
