I'm new to Solidworks. I have a .stl file of an ear which i have attached.I have to create square pores on it having a size of 1mm*1mm  and separated by a distance of 2mm. As my stl file has a multiple polygons on it i don't know as to how i can create so many pores.Is there a quick way to create all of them instead of selecting one face and drawing those holes. I have reduced the number of polygonal faces using Meshlab.

I have attached a paint file just to provide a rough idea as to what i want.I want to create small holes on the surface of the ear.Since i have multiple polygons i'm not sure as to how can i create those holes on so many faces
