I've created a macro to create a square lattice structure 5x5x5cm.

I've added some parameters to it so that I can modify and creat for different dimensions desired and also add a user form.

However, I tried doing it, but without any success.

So, could any one please help me how can I add a userform for the parameters " ds , s , num1, length1, num2, length2 " in my macro?
