What is the best way to create a large hexagonal mesh?
Currently I created an extrusion and am planning to cut out, but the problem is that my cutout parts (hexagons) are only 3.5mm in pitch, but the area I am making the cutout out of is 1300mm. How should I do this so it runs quickly. I am using the hexagons to cutout the are so that it creates a kind of mesh. Please see attached for how I was trying to pattern it. The area between the yellow is what I want to keep.
