For some time now my users are complaining about crashes. Untill lately, it was all based on users feelings and not on facts.

Recently our IT group have created a service that is running in the background and writes to a database every crash as it happens.(unfurtunatly, It is not mine to give away).

It seems that we have around an average of 1 crash a week per user.

Our computers vary from i5 to z240 all with 16 GB ram, VGA K2200 or AMD W7100 and SSD drive.

We have a lot of users (more than 200) and according the amount of Seats of SolidWorks (currently SolidWorks 2014 sp2 or sp5).
