OK, so the title is a bit long winded but so is the situation.
To help me analyze a heat sink, I have 3 distinctive configurations that use the same PCB, 2 resistor chip and a heat sink. A 1 meter cubed box, a small enclosure (size is irrelevant) and the same small enclosure but vented are all that is changed. Each of these configurations are within the same assembly so it's simply a matter of Pack n Go when I want to test a new heat sink.
Now to analyze these I also have two thermal profiles, one Horizontal and one Vertical, so in total I have 6 thermals for the 3 configurations.
The crash occurs when switching to a different configuration (not a different thermal within the same configuration). The crash occurs about 60% of the time within a batch run and less so if I manually select the thermals. They all can run without errors and there are no problems in the setup.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I'm on SW 2014 SP0 (64-bit) and have been using the same PC and SW since 2009.
